Scholarship Terms and Conditions

By applying for a scholarship from CGCS or any of their affiliates (collectively, “CGCS”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You certify that your answers to all questions in your program application and scholarship application (if applicable) are true and complete to the best of your knowledge.

If your scholarship application leads to being awarded a scholarship, you acknowledge that any false or misleading information provided in your application may result in disqualification and revocation of the scholarship.

No purchase or payment is necessary to apply or to be selected as a CGCS scholarship recipient.

To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, you must:

  • apply during the scholarship application period, if applicable;
  • be 18 years of age or older;
  • have a high-school diploma or equivalent;
  • not be related by blood or marriage to any owner, director, officer, member, or employee of CGCS, Salesledz or any of their affiliates;
  • not be a student who is currently attending or who has signed an enrollment agreement for a CGCS program or program run by any of its affiliates; and
  • not be the recipient of another CGCS scholarship concerning the program you are currently applying

To be eligible to be awarded a CGCS scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

  • you must have submitted a complete application to CGCS, meet the requirements of your chosen program and be accepted as a student in the program by CGCS. Information regarding admission requirements is available on the CGCS
  • If applicable, you must have submitted a complete application to the specific scholarship, including any necessary supporting documentation or other requirements. Scholarship applications are deemed complete when all scholarship requirements have been received. Any application question or prompt left unanswered will be considered an incomplete application and will not be

Available for all CGCS campus-based and online courses.

To build a more diverse, inclusive tech community, Access Scholarships will be awarded to students from underprivileged communities. Candidates must identify as a member of one of the following groups:

Scholarships are limited and are available to only a few students per batch across the campus and online based on the test.

Note: For women students, you’ll be able to get a partial scholarship with upfront payment.

CGCS scholarships provide a specified amount toward the price of tuition for the scholarship recipient(s) to attend one CGCS program. Scholarships shall only be paid in the form of a tuition credit; under no circumstances shall scholarships be paid to students directly, including where CGCS cancels or terminates a program without fault by the student.

All scholarships are subject to the availability of funds and based on the satisfaction of scholarship conditions. The number of scholarship awards may vary at the discretion of the scholarship review committee based upon the number of scholarships awarded and the calibre of applications.

Unless otherwise specifically stated in a particular scholarship’s separate terms and conditions, scholarship funds may only be applied to CGCS tuition; any fees, books, software, or other materials needed for the program may not be purchased or covered by scholarship funds. Any amount awarded more than a scholarship recipient’s tuition will be forfeited. If your tuition charges exceed the value of the scholarship, you shall remain responsible for payment of the remainder of your tuition obligations. Students will also be responsible for any additional fees associated with their chosen program.

Without the prior written consent of CGCS, a scholarship may not be transferred to another program once the student begins to study in their program. Scholarships may not be applied retroactively. The scholarship may not be applied in conjunction with any other CGCS tuition credit.

The scholarship may be forfeited if:
● you withdraw or are dismissed from the course;
● you are found to have made any false or misleading statements in connection with your application for the scholarship or the Program;
● you engage in misconduct in violation of the CGCS Code of Conduct or otherwise materially violate applicable policies or any agreement between the student and CGCS.

Scholarship recipients will also be required to sign an individual scholarship award agreement or grant letter, which may contain additional terms. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these scholarship terms and conditions and the terms found in the individual scholarship award agreement or grant letter, the terms of the award agreement/grant letter shall govern and control.

If you apply, CGCS will collect, use, hold and disclose your personal information. We need to use your personal information to administer the scholarship program (to assess applicants and to contact you).
